GOOD SUMMIT WITH LITTLE ONES CARE NEEDED FOR THE FINAL PUSH TO THE SUMMIT

We parked in the main car park next to the Palace.

This walk was so busy even though it was a week day, but it was impossible to get lost, excellent paths, mainly grass or stone with the final steep climb up rocks to the summit trig point.

We followed the path and headed for the old church ruins.

There is various paths that lead to the summit

Facing the Salisbury Crags, you will see two trailheads. Take the trail to the left to ascend Arthur’s Peak. After a few minutes of walking, the trail will fork. Take the trail to the left to continue the climb to Arthur’s Seat with amazing panoramic views from the summit.

We returned the same way, which made a nice stroll down, its approx 60 minutes to the summit with smaller kids.
