TERRAIN-STEPPED STONE  PATH, STEEP, DROP EDGES

EASY TO FOLLOW  ROUTE BUT CARE NEEDED

The area is owned by the National Trust for Scotland who have an information trailer here.

You can see the steep path on the right hand side of the waterfall in front of the car park, the waterfall will be on your left as you climb up the path via stone steps, it gets narrow and steep in places so extra care needed with kids.

The views get better with each step you take, we took a little break at the top of the waterfall and just admired the views.

You can return now back to the car as most do, but we followed the path  which is quite level now all the way to Loch Skeen which is one of the most beautiful places.

We took another break here again admiring the views before we returned back to the car.
